The cornerstone of our prestigious institution was laid in Kamand, the home of IIT Mandi's permanent campus, on February 24, 2009. The mess halls at IIT Mandi offer meals three times a day along with scrumptious snacks in between for the students, staff and faculty who subscribe to the mess facility. There are four mess halls, Pine and Oak at North campus, Cedar and Maple at south campus. The menu is determined by the student mess committee taking into account the nutrient intake of the people at the IIT Mandi. Locally available vegetables not only support our hunger, but also the nearby community.
